Returns & Refund Policy
1. Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of dairy products, we generally do not accept returns for items that are perishable (Milk, Yogurt, Butter, etc.) unless the product is defective, spoiled, or damaged upon delivery.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a product that is spoiled or damaged, you must report it within 2 hours of delivery. Please take a photo of the product and contact us via the app or email at support@doodhdahi.pk.
3. Refunds
Once your complaint is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or in-app wallet within a certain amount of days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@doodhdahi.pk.
