DOODHDAHI – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to DoodhDahi, a digital marketplace operated by DoodhDahi (Sole Proprietorship) in Lahore, Pakistan. By downloading, accessing, or using the DoodhDahi mobile app or website (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Account Registration

You may create an account using your phone number, email, or other approved methods. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and providing accurate information.

3. Orders and Delivery

DoodhDahi acts as a digital intermediary connecting users with local milk and dairy shops. Orders are fulfilled directly by the respective shops. DoodhDahi is not liable for product quality, pricing, or delivery delays.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices are determined by shops. DoodhDahi may charge a small service or delivery fee. Payments can be made through COD or other supported methods.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities or attempt to access unauthorized data.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, logos, and graphics belong to DoodhDahi and cannot be reused without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

DoodhDahi acts only as a facilitator and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we detect policy violations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms anytime. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
